Personal Speed Dials

You can create a list of up to 99 Personal Speed Dials that are available only from your telephone. These are usually created when all of the Access buttons have been used for telephone lines, One-touch Speed Dials, and other features.

To dial them you must press the Feature button and then enter the three-digit Personal Speed Dial number that is assigned to that telephone number by the system. This feature is especially useful for long telephone numbers, such as international numbers.

To set a personal speed dial:

1. Enter the telephone number you want to add to the Personal Speed Dial List in the Destination Number field.

2. Enter a description for the number in the Comment field.

3. Click the Set button.

NetSet sequentially assigns a three-digit Personal Speed Dial number to each telephone number you add to the list.

Printing Speed Dial Lists

You may also find it useful to have a paper list of personal or system speed dials. To print a list of speed dials:

1. Click .

2. A web page is displayed listing all Personal, System speed dials allocated.

3. Click the print button on the list to print the list.
