The password used to access NetSet is the same password used to access your voice mail through the APX Voice Messaging System. This password can be changed either from the telephone or through NetSet. The username needed to access NetSet is your telephone's three-digit extension--this cannot be modified.
Changing your password
- Enter the current password in the Current Password field.
- Type a new 4-10 digit password in the New Password Field.
- Re-enter the password in the Re-Enter New Password field.
- Click the Apply button.
Notes on Changing Your Password:
- Once you set your password, you cannot modify the password without first entering the current password. If you forget your password, you must have it reset by the administrator.
- Your password must be numeric so that it can be entered from the dial pad on the telephone when accessing the voice messaging system. The * and # symbols cannot be used.
